  • I understand that life coaching is not psychotherapy.
     

  • I agree to be responsible for my own choices and decisions during our coaching work together.
     

  • I understand that life coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of my life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation.

 

  • I acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues and implement my choices is exclusively my choice and responsibility.

 

  • I understand that I must consult with any psychotherapist I may currently be working with regarding the advisability of working with a life coach at this time.

 

  • I understand that information will be held confidential, as required by law.

How to pay for your coaching service online:

We accept the major credit cards shown as well as bank debit cards. You DO NOT need a PayPal account in order to complete your credit or debit card payment transaction. 

 

Payment Steps:
 

  • Choose your service from the drop-down menu below.
     

  • Click the yellow “Pay Now” button. You will be directed to PayPal's secure website.
     

  • You may then log-in with your PayPal account information or click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button.
     

  • Complete the transaction by filling in all of the required fields and click the "Pay Now" button.
